What to Expect during a Professional Massage

1) Your first visit will require about 20 minutes of interview time, which we will use to get to know one another and to determine your specific needs. A brief history is necessary to discuss any health concerns and to determine what type of massage would compliment an injury and to insure that work is appropriate and indicated.

2) Sheets will be used for professional draping. The entire body will remain under the sheet, with the exception of the body part that is being manipulated.

3) The massage will last for 1 or 1.5 hours, depending on our agreement.

4) I will use an organic oil lubricant.

5) A professional full-body massage includes:

face, scalp, neck, chest, abdomen, arms/hands, legs/feet, back and gluteal work. A towel will be used to cover female breasts while doing abdominal massage.

6) Each massage is designed for your specific needs.

I can focus on an area of discomfort or avoid an area completely.

Home visits will be considered on an individual basis. Rates start at $125 an hour. Two hours for $200.
