Laughter Yoga

Laughter Yoga is a great team building activity.  Participants interact with the instructor as well as each other.  This is not the quiet yoga environment you may be familiar with. 

Playful, empowering and tension relieving sessions help to build camaraderie while offering the same benefits as exercise.  Using simple laughter exercises along with yoga breathing and stretching, each session is adapted to suit the needs of the group participating.   

Wellness Presentation: Stress Reduction and Self Massage Techniques

What does stress do in our bodies?  Is it physical or mental? Learn to recognize the symptoms of stress and ways to reduce its ill effects.  Participants will learn and practice simple, convenient techniques including self massage to relieve the effects of stress.
